Visby 3-1 Jacket review

You know that one jacket you eyeball for like 3 years before you decide, this is that jacket for me, except this is 3 jackets in 1. That’s of course also the reason why I’m so interested in this model.

Visby is the biggest town on the biggest island in Sweden, it’s funny how Visby is a lot like Malmö where i’m from, rain, wind, wet, dark, cold. At least that’s the deal in the winter and just like in Visby the weather can change fast.

So how do you handle that?

The answer is the Visby 3-1 jacket, because not only does the weather change, your activity does too!

For cold, windy, rainy days with low paced movement you’d want to go fully loaded, meaning the shell layer and the inner jacket connected.

Picking up the pace? i’d take of the inner layer, the shell isolates really good and keep you toasty when you are on the move.

No wind? no rain? let’s enjoy these five minutes we get! time for just the inner layer if we’re going for a nice slow walk!

All in all the total number of pockets is 6, don't know why but on the website it says 5, I’m not great at math but 2 + 2+ 2 should be 6..

It’s great that the shell jacket is going below the waist, it offers nice protection from the rain, the adjustable hood does the job too. I use this jacket when I travel, I keep the inner layer in my car when i’m going to work just in case.

I’m trying to find something constructive to say about this jacket but I think they nailed it on this one, the number of use cases for this model is incredible, maybe you decide to give it a go let me know if you find any area of improvement!
